Minoriten Hall
The complex of the Minorites was designed and built by the most significant Italian architects in Graz, and has retained its early baroque character in its appearance. Particularly the public areas of the monastery and the complex of the Minoriten Hall are valuable historical authentic witnesses. Our proposal is designed to preserve the unity of the ensemble, to reconcile the necessary interventions with the basic structure of the building, and to emphasize it with a carefully coordinated new approach.
Cloister
The reduced and simple design of the courtyard already gives the cloister its charisma as a place of silence. Through the uncovering of the column bases, there is a chance to restore them in their original proportions and with appropriate materiality.
