The urban development of the Reininghaus area is in progress. Numerous quarters already contain specific designs which interpret the masterplan in their individual way. At the present time, the planning of a single quarter already requires reactions to an environment (even if only on the paper). In the neighboring quarters, the residential tower has established itself as a suitable typology in combination with a ground level commercial zone, which generates a specific urban planning pattern.

The central idea of Q6 is, on the one hand, the further development of this already perceptible COMMON LANGUAGE of this new part of Graz and, on the other hand, the further development of diversity and variation by introducing the new building typology of an ATRIUM TOWER.
