The main building is part of the early foundations of the original block building with an original building structure. An auxiliary building in the courtyard was built in the beginning of the 19th century as a studio for a silver smithy and later supplemented by additional buildings. The entire property is subject to the protection of the old town of Graz.

In the course of a “comprehensive refurbishment” according to the regulations of the Styrian Wohnbauförderung, 6 apartments between 32m² and 112m² were completely renovated and 2 maisonettes with 44m² each newly created.
